Recent Announcements

  • As a reminder, the Summative and Interim test window for Smarter Balanced tests will close on Friday, June 10th.

  • All orders for paper/pencil tests and materials MUST be submitted by COB on Monday, May 23rd to allow enough time for materials to be delivered before the end of the test window.  Failure to request materials before this deadline can lead to ineligibility for a paper test administration.  For information on ordering paper tests, visit the paper materials page.  The testing window is open until June 10th. As a reminder, please email Cherise Lesesne clesesne@air.org if you need to order paper materials for out-of-district or out-of-state students. All in-district and in-state orders should be requested through TIDE.

  • ORS will be unavailable starting this afternoon 5/6 until Tuesday 5/10 for maintenance. During this time users will not be able to access test completion rates and scores. Apologies for any inconvenience.

  • The Online Reporting System (ORS) will be temporarily unavailable on Thursday, May 5th for scheduled maintenance. Users will be to access ORS again on Tuesday, May 6th. We do apologize for any inconvenience.

  • Out of District/ Out of State Paper Orders: For those users who need to order paper test materials for outside of your own district or outside of the state, send an email to Cherise Lesesne clesesne@air.org indicating the quantities of the materials needed in addition to the grade, subject area, and address where materials should be sent.
